Lifetime Color Warranty
If your piece ever develops a significant gold or silver color issue, we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. There's no time limit.
What's covered:
- Significant gold or silver color issues
What's not covered:
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Pearl discoloration
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or dents
- Damage from misuse, improper storage, or not following care instructions
- Mystery products and free gifts
Broken or faulty items: 90 days
If an item arrives faulty or breaks because of a manufacturing defect, submit a claim within 90 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. The same exclusions above apply.
How to submit a claim
Email support@aqualisse.com with:
- Your order number and current shipping address
- The item affected and a description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (and a short video if it's something like an earring clasp)
Keep any damaged items until your claim is resolved, as they may be required. Warranty coverage applies to items purchased directly from aqualisse.com. Gifted items are eligible for store credit, calculated after any promotional discounts. Aqualisse reserves the right to deny claims that don't meet these conditions.
