Returns & Exchange Policy
At Aqualisse, we only offer exchanges for store credit. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth exchange process:
30-Day Exchange Window:
You can request an exchange within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. All exchanges must be approved before returning the item.
Condition of Items:
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging (including any gifts).
Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please provide a tracking number for proof of return to ensure the package reaches us.
Store Credit:
Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a store credit code for the value of your exchanged item. This can be used to purchase any item on our website. All exchanges are final once completed.
Gift Exchanges:
Gifted items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

To begin the exchange process, contact us at support@aqualisse.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item(s) you wish to exchange
- For gift exchanges, please provide the original purchaser’s details (full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number).
If your exchange concerns a product issue, let us know, and we’ll work with you to resolve it accordingly.
